Is Get Tuff Kickboxing right for a complete beginner?
Absolutely. Most of our students start with zero experience. On your first visit, you train with us, observe, and ask questions. No pressure.
What age can my child start?
We welcome students starting at age 7 in our Kids Program. Ages 7 are ideal for building listening skills and early coordination.
Is martial arts good for kids with ADHD?
Yes — and many local pediatricians refer students to us for this reason. Our structured format, short focused drills, and immediate positive reinforcement work with the ADHD brain. Many of our most successful students have ADHD.
What programs are available at Coconut Creek, FL?
Kids Kickboxing (ages 7+) and Adults Kickboxing (ages 18+).
What are your class hours?
Monday to Friday: 11AM–9PM · Saturday: 9AM-1:30PM · Sunday: Closed. Call (954) 290-7873 for specific class times.
Do I have to spar or have physical contact?
No. Your safety and comfort are always our top priority. We never require sparring or physical contact with other students if you are not ready. You set the pace — we support your journey.
Are your instructors certified and background-checked?
Yes. All Get Tuff Kickboxing instructors are highly experienced black belts. Our chief instructors have decades of teaching experience and have passed full background checks. Child safety is our top priority at every class.
